Michael S. "Mickey" Homsey
Mickey is a native Oklahoman, who has been practicing law at the city, state and federal level for thirty-six (36) years. Mickey is a former Oklahoma County Assistant District Attorney under Andy Coates, and former Municipal Judge for the cities of Harrah and Choctaw.
Mickey went to high school at Northwest Classen in Oklahoma City, and attended Oklahoma State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 1973. He went on to attend law school at Oklahoma City University and earned his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1976.
During Mickey's long tenure as a lawyer in the Oklahoma Community, he has served in numerous associations and civic charities. Mickey is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association; Oklahoma County Bar Association; Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association; granted practice in the United States Supreme Court and Western Federal District Court of Oklahoma; a former member of the Fee Grievance and Bar Committee, and Bench and Bar Committee for the Oklahoma County Bar Association; former member of the Executive Advisory Council to the Dean of the law school at Oklahoma City University; former member and Chairman of the Board of Adjustments for the City of Oklahoma City; in 1990 he was the National Chairman for the Circle of Pride Campaign at Oklahoma City University; former member and President of the Board of Directors for St. Elijah Church, and long time former Chairmen of the Annual Food Festival presented by St. Elijah Church; former member of the Board of Directors of the International Orthodox Christian Charities (IOCC), and currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the IOCC.
